We will be attending the REUSE-apalooza this coming FRIDAY! I just bought a great faucet from the new location today! I met with the manager of Building Value and I am excited to say Building Value is our FIRST verbally committed vendor in the Go Green area at your Hamilton County Fair! This company will bring home the idea of the Go Green area, and they are a local Company!

 Cool Reuseapalooza is:
Resolve to reduce, reuse, recycle in 2010! Join Building Value at a fabulously fun event to help you start your year off green with your favorite building materials reuse center.

You'll enjoy hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, live music from the Comet Bluegrass All-Stars, performance artists on the hour, raffles, and much more!

Tickets are available in advance online at www.eastersealswrc.org/events before January 20:
$15/individual or $25/couple.

Tickets will also be available at the door the evening of the event: $25/individual or $35/couple.
(Tickets include one complimentary beverage and free parking.)

Dolly & I attended, and had a blast! I will use my contacts from this event to bring exciting groups to the fair, especially on KIDS DAY! There were vocalists, a few bands, and a step show put on by local girls from WEB DuBois Academy. I spoke to their coach Greg Moore, got his contact email and I will get in touch with him soon so he doesn't forget who I am!
We were also enterained by the Comet Bluegrass All-stars~I think they would be a GREAT ADDITION to our local music at the fair! Hint, hint...
The food was awesome, the folks attending were friendly for the most part, but the best part was helping out a local company that has diverted 10 millon pounds of products from local landfills! Shows us all that being green is worth it in the end.  Smiley
