Can anyone tell me what the puppy expo is at the Fair this weekend?  It is on the billboard but I dont see any info here.

It's a rental of the grounds where the renter is going to sell puppies and dog supplies. According to Dick Ingle, the deal was not finalized until Friday and the guy said he was taking care of promoting it.
